When Two Worlds Collide

Emäsalo, Finland – 2017

Story Behind the Artwork

It felt like a lucid dream, the kind where the rules of physics just give up and walk away. You have the sunset, stubborn and burning light, refusing to fade, and then right on top of it, the Milky Way rising up with its infinite, cold indifference. They are crashing into each other, the day and the night, the heat and the cold, creating a moment that feels impossible and yet there it is, proving that opposites don’t just attract; sometimes they create a whole new universe together.

Paper Choices

  • Matte – Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm: Provides a smooth, matte finish that emphasizes subtle details, offering a classic and refined appearance.

  • Pearl – Hahnemühle Baryta 315 gsm: Features a slight sheen and enhanced depth, delivering rich blacks and a sophisticated look.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your fine art print:

  • Frame the print using archival materials and UV-protective glass.

  • Avoid placing the artwork in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity.
